2. Freemium Model & Subscription Plans

LokiVPN offers both free and paid subscription options:

• Free Plan - Access to limited servers with basic security.
• Basic Plan - Monthly subscription for enhanced security & faster speeds.
• Standard Plan - 6-month plan with additional privacy features.
• Premium Plan - 1-year plan with unlimited server access & fastest speeds.

Trial subscriptions require credit card details and auto-renew unless canceled before expiration.

3. Account Registration & User Responsibilities

To use LokiVPN, you must create an account with accurate details. Users are responsible for securing their credentials. We do not tolerate:

• Illegal activities using LokiVPN services.
• Hacking, fraud, or cyber threats.
• Sharing accounts or using LokiVPN for unlawful activities.

Failure to comply may result in account suspension or legal action.

4. Auto-Renewals & Cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the billing period ends. Users may cancel via account settings, but refunds are only processed under specific conditions.

5. Refund Policy

Subscription payments are non-refundable, except:

• When required by law.
• If a technical error results in multiple charges.

If canceled mid-billing cycle, users retain access until the period ends.

6. Security & Privacy Protection

LokiVPN does not store, track, or monitor user activity. However, users should be aware that:

• Public networks still pose potential security risks.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use LokiVPN for:

• Engaging in illegal cyber activities (e.g., hacking, DDoS attacks).
• Accessing child exploitation content or other illegal materials.
• Disrupting networks or distributing malware & spam.

• Losses due to hacking or security breaches.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes must be resolved through:

• First, contacting LokiVPN Support for resolution.
• Then, through Singapore-based arbitration.
